1) Définir l'utilisation actuelle et à moyen terme du  matériel et des logiciels.
2) Réalisation du  devis approprié.
3) Installation, connexion du matériel et des logiciels et tests.
4) Suivi et maintenance.
IDSL2 fait confiance à de grandes marques et enregiste un pourcentage de retour (pris en charge par la garantie) inférieur à 3 % depuis 3 ans.
